The Hubbell space telescope recently looked at what they call
"planetoid" Sedna. this object is so far out you can't call it a KBO because it's eliptical orbit takes it outside the Kuiper Belt.
Analysis of Sedna indicates it is smaller than Pluto and has no moon. We will have to wait for further reinements to tell if it is smaller that quaoar.
