It really is a great movie! My school did it as their musical a few years ago, which was tons of fun even though we didn't get to have real water for that scene.

My favourite film!
How did it go as a musical, Flying Betty? I'm currently campaigning for it to be our school production and would like to know someone elses experiences with it on stage.

It's really a pretty smooth show. I was in the pit for that one, so I don't know everything about what went on up on stage, but everything went along with no major problems. The only issue is the famous rain scene, where we were promised when choosing the show that we'd have realy water but they ended up not since it's pretty tricky to pull that part off. And whoever did the lights wasn't very competent but that was our fault not the show.

You sure do! It's a good skill to have, that way you can impress everyone or at least get some weird looks while waiting in lines.

I saw this film when it came on television. Good movie indeed. I didn’t watch all of it only was able to watch part of it.
Volkswagen has made a car advertisement with the song.
