h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Together with his new friend my son went into business. I was asked for help which I was eager to give in order to help my son carve a living. I deposited a substantial loan into their new business venture. This was to enable the purchase of what was to hopefully become the beginnings of a thriving business which with the expertise of his more mature partner, had a great chance of survival. However, My son's 'older' business partner left the entire start up, and ongoing affairs of this new enterprise totally in my son's hands. Although, Keen and willing, my son lacked the neccesary experience his older 'partner' had. His partner however was happy to leave the all important input in my son's inexperienced hands. Consequences saw to it that the business showed flaws yet despite that, my son's 'partner' was happy enough to continue...only meting out 'advice' when the going looked tough!

It has all gone pear shaped and this 'lovely person' (in my son's eyes) is blaming my son for its failure??

The relationship with my son has deteriorated. This 'partner' is seeking to blame my son for its demise! This man has increasingly shown only concern for his own reputation!

I am owed my life savings.



I am not about to give up in retrieving what I am owed .........albeit interest free!!!!!
