"...stay on the bus for hours at the time..." - Usually that phrase would be "hours at a time"...
"Buddhist's' robes" - either apostrophe would work, but not both. Make up your mind!
"You might find that you loose most body heat..." - "loose" is a sloppy Americanism for "lose".
"...the benefit of fully emerging yourself in warm water..." - I think the word you were searching for was "immersing".
