After a few pathetic afforts at programming, I came to believe in the guideline, "Programmer's Program, Users Use." One of the big problems for me was anticipating unexpected situations, like bogus input. It might have been better if my compiler had the DWIM command (Do What I Mean) or the next generation DWIMC (Do What I Mean, Correctly). smiley - magic

No, not VC++. My programming efforts were a long time ago, using something from Borland, I think. I selected Borland for all the right reasons, i.e. Philippe Kahn plays sax. smiley - musicalnote
