You must believe in YOU

I believe that self confidence/self esteem very often, likecharity, begins at home ie when we are living with our parents and growing up amid our peer group. We are eager to contribute to daily life and develops the skills and interests we have.`
Any amount of factors can comtribute to destroying or reducing our level of self esteem/confidence but at the end of the day SELF BELIEF is what matters.`
Talk to any "super confident" person and if they are being honest you will find that they all have anxieties about doing something new or different for the first time but they go out there and do it.`
Self help books do give ideas as to how we can help ourselves over the inner fears we have about our abilities.`
My personal advice for what it is worth, especially to anyone who is not very confident.`
Stay away from people who pick on your weak spots and try to make you feel sel concious abot things they know you feel vulnerable about.`
Go out and DO as much as you can in classes/voluntary work etc in your spare time so you are meeting a variety of people and learning new skills as well.`
Learn to be ASSERTIVE. Self assertiveness Training classes are excellent for teaching you how to stand up for yourself in any given situation.`
Do NOT worry if what you are doing isnt erfect sometimes nd tell the critics WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES.`
We only have one lifetime so BE HAPPY!!
