2 Everclear 151 proof Grain Alcohol
2 Everclear 151 proof Grain Alcohol (frozen)
2 Bacardi 151 proof Rum
3 Limoncello 70 proof Liqueur
1 Rumple Minze 100 proof Liqueur
.5 Goldschläger 97 proof Liqueur
2 Ginger Ale

Use Liquid Nitrogen to freeze your alcohol of choice (preferred gin, I used Everclear due to gin allergies) into cubes. Mix all other alcoholic ingredients into a shaker, mix well. Add ginger ale last to help preserve the carbonation. Sprinkle the blue sugar and stir to change the drink color to a bright green. Add olives to each drink accordingly.

If measures used above are ounces, you end up with 12.5 ounces of drink, and I'd recommend this makes two approximately 6 ounce drinks, use good judgement here, be it your own or that of a friend. The overall alcohol content is about 101 proof, and the taste is rather pleasantly like having your brains smashed out by a slice of lemon wrapped around a large gold brick.
