The Storm

The thunder claps its hands

And most earthlings will flee

Into a safe haven

To avoid the sky-thrown clout.

But I like the thunder

And I like the rain

And I like the lightning

Which is why I stay out.

So keep on shouting, thunder

Keep on crying, rain

Illuminate my thoughts, lightning

And drive away my pain..
