Measuring just 16x16 pixels, dot16 - http://www.dot16.com/ - now claims to be The World's Smallest Website, and looking at the latest content on both this site and Guimp, it seems the rivalry is keenly felt.
dot16 is arguably less fun, but it is smaller

If you ask me, guimp is the smallest usable website. Dot 16 is just a teeny bit too small. I wonder... anyone for setting up a one-pixcel site?

Hmm, i see what you mean about guimp and dot16. A 1pixil site sounds good but i feel i have to ask, what would the point be?

Can't see the point of a 1x1 website? That's a shame, because it's clearly got a point. (only one, mind you... )
dot16 isn't in flash. So it's much worse... (no pong!!)

i dunno, everything is getting smaller, maybe, after they've split the atom, someone will split the pixel, and then you can have .5x.5 or .25x.25, think of the hours of endless fun you could have making wee websites then!

guimp is definately better imo...
Interesting concept though. Amazing that pinball is actually playable.
