Where can I buy an Askwith whistle?

Due to euphemism fever in the office, I need to acquire one of those whistles that follow thinly-disguised lewd comments in those classy 'Confessions Of' films (to create that sort of whooping sound), in order that we can finish off everyone's sentences properly. We're really struggling at the moment, especially with Ashley and Mina around.
Anyone know where I can buy one please?
