Hello!
I´m from Sweden and a big fan of the british series Secret army. I´ve been looking for an opportunity to buy the episodes on VHS or DVD but haven´t found them anywhere. Could someone please tell me if there is a chance to get hold of them in any way.
Please let me know
Patrik

Sadly, it's not currently available on VHS or DVD. A British store called WH Smith released a compilation of selected episodes for series two, but that has long since been deleted.

I heard a rumour that Secret Army was to be released on DVD later this year.
I e-mailed the company, their website is www.ddvideo.co.uk,and was informed that Secret Army is due for DVD release in October this year.
We shall have to wait and see if this comes about

Ooh, fingers crossed. I would love to get decent versions of these. As my entry says, there are a few things that could be included as extras, such as the behind-the-scenes shows. There's also an outtake that used to appear in those Aunties Bloomers shows with Angela Richards pulling the curtains closed in the Candid and the whole curtain rail colapsing on her.

The DVD series (first season) is now available from http://www.play.com. The price is 39 pounds incl postage (foreign as well).
I've received mine and everything fine. the other two eries will supposedly follow if demand for first season sufficient.
If anyone gets to know more about this - please post.

I was amazed by the booklet inside the DVD box, firstly because it was so in-depth and informative (it even has a map of the lifeline routes!) but also because it cites this very entry as one of its sources. Cheers guys!
