I really enjoyed the article and think it is quite accurate and fair.
I suffer from the same problems myself when I want to use a taxi , And I recognise well a the rugby tackle-type brawl to get on the metro 
I really wish that payement system would change.
However what I want as Egyptian to say to all tourists: we love you and we are always happy to host you and make it easier for you.
