Kia ora - one of the best combos is - yer average baked spud done according to your method & taste, and the innards taken out and mixed with
*smoked fish (blue cod (which isnt quite the same thing as European codfishes); eel; salmon; Riga sprats or haddock)and
*cream or butter or salted olive oil
*parsley and/or finelychopped spring onions
and stuffed back in.
