I am the author of the two letters to the editor in "The Clarinet" on adjutment Bari* & Fibercell clarinet reeds.
I am looking for the e-mail address of the manufacturer of the "Fibercell Reed". I want to know how they clip the reed blank to form the tip so that I could do the same when I want to strengthen an almost perfect reed that is a bit too soft and to make it more resistant by bringing it over the edge of the mouthpiece destroys it ability to handel staccato.

I'm not quite sure anyone here could help you... Certainly I can't. 
Have you checked Fibercell's website? (more than likely, but that is the only help I can think to give you...)
