I also don't have a copy of Greatest Show Off Earth of very own... however I have a fiancé who does! But I will get a copy one day through fair means or foul eventually.

To be honest, I wouldn't say you're missing much. If I were to put his books in order of quality, "Greatest Show Off Earth" would be second from bottom, edging out "Garden of Unearthly Delights", which I didn't get on with at all. I'm loving "The Witches of Chiswick" though.

I have a copy of Greatest Show Off Earth heading to me in the post, I however no-longer have fiancé, not much of a trade really.

Witches Of Chiswick has the scent of several continuations after it. I wonder how long they will take?
The SECOND most dire of his works is that bloody Fandom of the Operator due to the incredibly slow plotline. Ah well.
The first most dire will not be mentioned, as we all know to which I refer.
And the holy five Pooley and Omally books should be required reading for all time.

Fandom of the Operator is one of my favourites...
The most dire, well some like Robert himself say Waiting For Godalming is, I say Website Story is, everyone has their own opinion... Someone slagged off Dog Call Demolition a while ago, which shows they aren't clever as they think they are if they haven't spotted the secret messages Robert put in.
Robert's new book [out now, even though the official launch party is on Friday or Saturday] is a sequel to Witches and Prequel to the other 6 Brentford books.

Just finished "Dance of the Voodoo Handbag", the plot just fries your brain. Highlights: plenty of Rune wisdom (and an appearance from the great man himself), TWO Lazlo Woodbines (both talking in the first person...follow THAT conversation!) and of course Barry the sprout
What more could you ask for??

The Toyminator cometh. Robert wasn't terribly ethusiatic about writing this one, but I've only heard good things about it's content, so far.
