One of my all time favorite tunes is "Bouree" in Bach's Lute Suite (I think). Jethro Tull did a great version, adding one letter to the instrument (flute) and some swing to the rhythm. It's about the only song I can play from memory on the piano - maybe I should get a lute and try it?
