I am glad that you're over that bad time. Your "tree" theory is very true.
Perhaps more people should look to themselves for answers. Standing back and looking at a situation and then acknowledging it, is a hard thing to do.
Doctors can be too quick to hand out Prozac and similar drugs. I think self help is what is needed.
