Congestion Charging and the Private Hire Trade
PQ Posted Dec 11, 2002
I've just re-read the form, disabled badge holders *have* to register, unless they're tax exempt (eligable for higher rate DLA mobility allowance and/or a member of the motability scheme) so we wont have to pay in hubby's car but if we wanted to go in my car (hehehehe yeah right...like I want to drive in london traffic) we could get that registered if he was in the car with me at all times, so its just like car parking fees in most car parks - only free if you're tax exempt.
I'm right to lazy

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
