A Conversation for How to Get Into UK Medical School
Getting in to Medical school

Personally I spent quite a bit of money on an interview preparation team, in this case www.oxbridgemedicine.com, who i found to be pretty good. But I know a lot of people don't find it very valuable or useful. Although fairly intuitive, it just helps u feel confident in yourself before and interview, and it helps to have mock interviews every week.
Hope this helps

Yup, I do feel sorry for the people whose parents can't pay for the medical school interview courses. It's not like it makes you a better doctor, just less of a stumbling 17 year old in interview!
When I was a student I ran a widening access programme that gave this sort of thing free to students from local state schools.
I think if you can't go on a course then mock interviews really helps. A lot of 17 yaer olds have really poor communication skills, and to get into medical school you really need to be above average.
