A Conversation for Measuring Blood Pressure
At last a good explanation!

I'm a trainee midwife and still have terrible flashbacks to the day I was taught how to check blood pressures by a woman who obviously had no idea of what she was doing. Consequently, it became a terrible chore rather than a routine part of care. Luckily I was rescued by a competent midwife who set me straight and answered all those nagging questions - such as "what the hell am I doing here".
Great exlanation of the mysteries of blood pressure - keep up the good work!

Finally I know what they are doing when they check my blood pressure.
I did wonder how they could measure it when they let all the air out! Now I know. Good entry.
