Many thanks for writing about the Lighting Seeds, Mark Moxon! You just multiplied my knowledge of the band by...oh about a million. All I knew about them was their name and the song "Pure," which I have loved for over ten years! I can clearly remember listening to the radio late one night when I was thirteen or so, and quickly pressing 'record' on my super cool tape deck when I heard the song for the first time. I subsequently lost the rather poor recording and forgot about it until this summer when I managed to download the song. Now I am definately going to have to get some more of their music!

I love "Pure"! I had my copy on a tape which I played and played until it wore out. A very special song. Was it really 10 years ago?

Hi coelacanth! A strange thing just happened! I was listening to my MP3s in 'shuffle' order and "Pure" was playing just as I read your post! Random? I'm not sure...

I'm pretty sure that it was at least ten years ago because I was living in my old house when I heard the song for the first time. I guess time flies when you're having fun!

I think if anyone posted the whole lyric here then the moderators would take them away because of copyright and a breach of the <./>HouseRules</.>. But if you put:

into your favourite search engine then you'll get them.
