Hi AGB.

Thanks for letting us know we can do this. I have checked out the web site and it's made very easy for you - you can download a form to fill in and send, and all answers are clearly provided here:

Questions I asked myself such as "will a photocopy of the Marriage Certificate do?" (it will)

and questions I hadn't asked myself yet, such as "how soon beforehand should you apply?" ("no sooner than three weeks before the celebration date" is the answer)

My parents' Diamond Wedding Anniversary is June 2004
