hello there!
I happened to spend this year’s Valentine’s day at my parents home. really, I would have forgotten about the day, but guess what… the whole house is cramped with flowers. they’re crazy… my dad gave me a rose, isn’t that sad? what I’m trying to say is, it was a really nice gesture, but isn’t it sad that he was the only one to give me a flower?
and if that wasn’t enough: a guy, whom I was dating for a short time LAST SUMMER, sent me a text message via mobile phone. yes, a text message. via mobile. no card, no flowers, merely digital letters. not that I was expecting to receive any card (of anybody) (ever) at all, but a text message? can’t help pondering over that…
take care

The digital age is the death of romance. The Valentine's Day page is worse than the cell phone walk & talk!
