Isn't dirac's constant actually Plank's Constant? IS there something I don't know about?

The Dirac constant is Plancks constant divided by two pi, usually written h-bar

Are you serious??!? I've never heard it called that before ever, just h-bar. Not in any book on quantum mechanics, statistical physics, solid state physics, surface physics, physical chemistry. I think that Dirac deserves a little more respect than just the idea of division of plank's constant by 2*pi.
