Please, be warned that reading further before playing The Cube will result in not being able to really play the Cube at all, as it contains informaiton on how to read the clues that are the different elements within the Cube. So please, play the game before reading the answer; it is an enriching exercise to participate in, and though you can do it more than once, the first time is the most true and has the most meaning.
When you visualised your cubescape, you had five elements arranged within a desert: A cube, a ladder, a horse, a storm, and flowers. Here is where you learn what each of these elements represents.
Also be reminded that everyone forms their own vision; there is no right or wrong answer; there is nothing that isn't allowed. The image in your head is yours alone, and is individual to you. It is specific to you and your life and environment, and what you imagine to be possible, what you imagine to happen; and the relationship of the elements - as well as the qualities of the elements themsleves, and the nature of them - will tell you about your own life and the way you see things.
So here is the key to this amazing insight into the self:
- The cube is you.
- The ladder is your friends.
- The horse is your lover.
- The storm is trouble.
- The flowers are your children.
These aren't definitions set in stone; the ladder may also represent your family in some cases. The horse may be not a lover, but a soulmate or closest life companion; a past love, a crush. The flowers may represent whatever it is you care for, as you would children: community, pets, younger relatives.
Further analysis, and on occasion discussion, will open up worlds of insight for you.
