There is also the develish device of the Mute Button.....particuarly usfull when having inadvertenly picked up a call from a COMPLETE MORON
you need to let of some steam to fellow workers ...which in the right instance can be hilariusly funny fr all concerned ...be warned though it can lead to a false sense of security , in that you may think youhave hit your ON HOLD button whilst sladering your caller only to return to the call with him being aware of the amount of explitives you can use in a miniute .
