There are a number of good websites for Visual basic 5 and 6.
(Unfortunately I can't post non BBC URLs on this site but if you were to do a web search for "VBWire", "DevDex" or "Planet source code" your wouldn't be lead far wrong)

The VBnet developer site at http://www.mvps.org/vbnet/index.html is also a very good source for learning and reference and theres always the microsoft msdn site
