There is a campsite just outside Amsterdam called Camping Zeeburg which has plastic darboards in the urinals. I have a photograph because im strange like that but I dont seem to be able to add it here. Anyway it seems to work because the site is always full of people smoking dutch weed for the first time but the toilet floors are always clean

No, you can't add your own pictures on this site. Only the site editors (the BBC) can do that, and it would have to be illustrating a guide entry you've written.
Having said that, you could always put it on a public photo-share and link to it
