just pointing out a slight typo. In the sentence-
"Most people start with the goal of only growing their muscles to a certain point, but others chose to go further and grow their muscles to the fullest extent possible"
I think the word 'chose' should be changed to 'choose'. I'm not trying to be annoying, and i'm definitley not critiscising; I just think that you might like to know about it.

excellent. The cruelest irony is that i typed the name of this conversation wrong. What i, of course, ment to type was
"almost, but not quite, pedantic".
As you can see i have placed the comma in the wrong place, thus making me look foolish.
