Hi good entry.

I was wondering if you ever make oils for cooking with?
I have tried with not much success. I tried to infuse olive oil with garlic but after a couple of weeks it exploded! That was really smelly and messy. Any ideas to if it is possible or what I might have done wrong.?

They are also known as 'flavoured oils' when used for cooking. I don't do any cooking, so I don't really know about them.
