Amiga Misunderstanding

I remember being at school when the Amigas first came onto the market. One of my friends had bought a games magazine, named (with all the imagination that one has come to associate with games reviewers) "Amiga".
Now, Amiga meaning "friend", or, more specifially "female friend", one of our less worldy teacher thought that it was an entirely different kind of magazine altogether and got very angry until it was gently pointed out to him what it actually was. Even then he insisted on checking every page.....
