I like Robbie's songs, although not enough to go buy an entire album. He has a feel-good factor that works well at the gym, working out to his music. Although one morning I was on the treadmill and watched the video clip to Rock DJ, which I loved as a song. If you have seen this video, you will wonder why a gym chose to play it in front of jogging people! I felt a bit sick when I first watched it, although this is mainly the "shock factor". I still like the song, though!
He seems quite good at taking the piss at himself as in that video, trying to get the roller girls attention, and I can appreciate that the gore in this clip was tongue in cheek (so to speak)
Was there anyone who had a bad reaction from watching that clip? Or did it not bother most people?

I have seen two versions of the video. One has significantly more blood than the other. The point of the video was well served in the sightly less bloody version. The blood squirting all over the women as they fondled the muscles was a bit much, though. I think the video is marvelously done, and deffinitely deserves some critical recognition.

Definitely well done, if a little confronting! But as I said, I could see the humour.

It is funny, and there is a large number of beautiful women in the video, but I don't see the video as entirely funny. It is very much a serious concept video about the teribble price some people pay for celebrity status. The more famous one gets, if they aren't willing to walk away (or unable financially or contractually) it can take its toll on celebrities both physically and emotionally, and can make people do drastic things.
Robbie Williams and the makers of the video (I don't know who that was) deserve to be commended for the video. It is certainly better than a lot of videos that have been produced lately.
