Dont think im sum kind of weired person... but in ur guide about telnet i think u forgot to add that telnet its commonly used for hacking and things of that nature..u mite have put it on and i mite have missed i allways miss stuff.. anyway.. thanks

He already mentioned it wasn't very secure thats why SSH4 was invented still Hacking is illegal and isn't the primary use of telnet as with all client and server programs they can be used for good or bad intent. I hope that answers your question, or does it raise another one.
