HI first i would like to thank you for posting this its a wonderfull guide. I however had a bit of an odd exprince.
It was my first time attempting this tho i have done soem meditation in the past. At first i expeinced the sensations you described (i felt like i was in a car and i saw some colors) but as soon as they came i lost focus and went back a few steps. I did however acive my goal to some degree. I did not fully projoct but my left arm did. I didn't hear anyvoices and i could not fully project but i did try to pull my self free which did seem to have some effect. i hope to fully project within a week i just realy wanted to thank you.
