I have projected about 10 times, the last time i did it it was completely by accident and it was not pleasant at all, While in the 'astral dimension??' a women in white robes threw these strange symbols at me, i woke up and i felt as though i had been attacked from the inside. My energy had been completely drained and i couldn't see properly, since then i haven't attempted it again as i took it as a sign that i shouldn't be going there.

Well, I am not 100% sure I *do* it at all! Someone told me that's what flying dreams *are* - and I have had those since about 1992, the year I started dreaming (mostly) in colour.
Anyways, I often (99% of the time) go to the same place in flying dreams, somewhere I know extremely well, *not* at all in RL! It's a whole country/world etc., and the town where I live there is more familiar to me than any city in RL, as I have 'lived' there longer (does that make any sense to anyone?) When I go there, there I am, and I feel as if I have got somewhere where I 'should' be - maybe... I know shops, theatres, schools etc there. Of course, the place doesn't have a name. I won't go there for years, then - twice in a week!

cool... apart from the mean lady in white that is. I've had a couple of flying dreams, once round a giant library, once in my school, and once in the alleyway behind the house.
