I am looking for the names of the rescused crew. my husbands great,gt gt grandfather was a crew member rescued but we are unsure of his name I hope you can help

This is difficult, as it is entirely possible that he was amongst the crew rescued before Grace was involved.

The crew consisted of 22 men, 12 of which survived. 4 crewmen were rescued in the morning by one of the lighthouse boats before the Forfarshire sank. The remaining 8 crewmen survived with a Mr Ritchie in a boat of their own, while Grace and her father rescued another nine passengers from the rocks.
