i thought i knew everything about meena kumari and dhamendra but i was shocked to read that they had an affair of somekind. Was this not considered a scandal back in the days. Fair play to Dhamendra though his talents are boundless.

In those days it was all kept quiet, unlike nowadays. Perhaps the only one that came to light was Guru Dutt and Waheeda Rehman on which the recent movie "Khoya Khoya Chand" is said to be inspired.

Dharmendra is one of the best actors still around and his last film was "Apne," in which he starred with his two sons - Sunny and Bobby Deol and the actress who entered "Big Brother" (in the UK) and the winner of it, Shilpa Shetty. The latter has just got married last month.
