Great entry! What exactly is the postion of Fence Viewer about? Is this a surveyor post?

Hello and thanks,
I looked "Fence Viewer" up myself after I read it. It's basically an official who oversees enclosure rights and livestock. No idea why that's an elective position, but there you go.
