Great article! Just a warning about using quinine for leg cramps, and restless leg syndrome... some folks can have very severe reactions to quinine. I for one can't even get a hint of tonic water in my drinks or I end up having terrible allergic reactions. Thank god it wasn’t a reaction to the Gin!
