All that you really need to remember is that every other vehicle with more than two wheels will expect you to get out of their way. Forget what you learned for your Western driving license - cars, pick-ups, trucks and buses will all pull out in front of you, swerve in front of you and basically ignore you. It's up to you to bear that in mind while riding your bike.
P.S. It's great for us pick-up drivers - we can just pretend you aren't there and drive like nutters.
