I remember buying these at the school tuckshop. They were a purplish blue colour with bright sherbet bits in. They were sticky, tasted nasty and lasted *forever*!

I thought they were pink, though they came in a blue wrapper. In two sizes if I'm not mistaken, the ten pence large bar, and the two pence smaller chewier version. Used to buy them by the bucket load anong with those two pence Laser Lances. I bet they were filled with tartrazine. no wonder we were all hyperactive as kids.

I discovered the other day that Wham bars now come in the lolly format, similar to my all time favourite Drumstick Lollys!
Some other ground breaking news:
Drumstick Lolly's now come in the 'Opel fruit format' as do refresher bars!
Wham bars are definatley pink.
