sorry for the late reply...not had my pc at work for nearly a week so not been logged in...

I'm going to Baltimore in Maryland...jst next to Washington DC.

I'm wokring out there for a company called Delmarva Farms. I worked out there last year, it's nice...just going for 6 weeks this year.

Have a look at my profile. I've started a diary there and am going to try and keep it up to date while I'm away...

I only wished i went to more gigs at the barras. After moving to america i have realised that the only way here to see big named bands is to pay big prices and go to big venues. The barras is small in comparrison so you get closer to the action and a lot cheaper!!!! like 3 times more expensive in america.

I saw Machine head, foo fighters, greenday twice, limp bizkit, korn and many other bands.

The best by far was MACHINE HEAD. They put on an awesome show.

The barras line before you enter is long and sometimes there are some drunks who get into fights but don't let that stop you coz the experience is amazing.

Go all the bands you can , bands you love, bands you like and bands you think are ok. The barras is a great opportunity to have a great time!

Check out my band at www.67xite.com, be sure to leave a message on our message board and let everyone know we rock, we are unsigned for now, hoping to get a deal soon

Good to see another Barras fan. It is the best venue ever. So i take it you used to live here in Scotland? How long have you been away?

Ticket prices in the US have been an issue for some time now, haven`t they? Is it still ticketmaster that have the monopoly?

I live in Sunderland and as Atreyu ain't coming to Newcastle, I'm making my way up to Glasgow to see them at The Barrowlands. So, what warm up bars would you recomend for a girl short on cash and into rock music? Also, is the Sandyford Hotel close to The Barrowlands?
