I have heard one english translation of his law phrased:
'Give me a lever long enough, a fulcrum strong enough, and a place to stand, and I will move the Earth.'

The translation I give is an accurate one.

All the rest is wishful thinking. It's not even clear whether he was talking about a lever or a block-and-tackle, which was one of his inventions.
