it would seem we have a bit of an editorial error. the cafe breve is most decidedly not made with half milk and half steamed water.... its made with half and half... for you non-americans, half&half is half milk and half cream i believe; I may be wrong, but thats what it seems to be anyway. so, the breve is like a latte, but made with half and half.
