Help! Last July I had a falling out with my Aunt and we haven't spoken since. I need to break the ice and renew our friendship and not sure how to. I've never been great with communication and have always tended to over react when criticized by never seeing that person again. I want to stop this trend. Please help.

Hello! I think if one of my nieces wanted to make up with me over something silly, I would appreciate a bunch of flowers, or an invite out to coffee.........good luck!!
