You're all too negative: who needs to 'deal' with difficult people? We're great!
What we need is an entry telling us how to deal with those "nice" people. You know: the ones which come across all pleasant and lovely until you realise they're oozing insincerity from every poor. And, worse, do their level best to make you feel guilty for not being "nice" enough yourself. You can spot them because they're always the first to comment on somebody's haircut (positively of course), which may look as if it's intended to flatter the haircuttee, but is actually a secret plot to make everyone else look rude and inattentive. A conspiracy, I tells ya!
