almond oil and aqueous moisturizer

Almond oil as in the stuff one uses for flavouring, (for face, nails)? Also what exactly's the aqueous moisurizer? Aloe vera gel, baby cream? And you rub it on then wash it off? I'm just a bit unclear on it all, hope someone can clarify.
