What sort of principles does Dr Phil's diet use?

I you would like some support, whinging and general diet chit chat there are a bunch of losers here: F59184?thread=225087&latest=1

We are a friendly lot and are all trying to shift the flab with varying degrees of success. I've lost six stone so far and still have between one and a half and two stone to go. I'm stuck now so I really understand how you must be feeling. Firstly, you have done brilliantly so far smiley - applause so that should tell you that you *can* lose weight. Getting stuck can be a good thing, while your body adjusts to being your new size - it is used to carrying around 35 extra lbs so will need to reset itself. Keep doing what you have been and I am sure you'll get there in the end smiley - biggrin

Are you exercising as well as looking after you nutritional needs?
