Pedant:1One who pays too much attention to "the Queen's English" and is intolerant of any lapse in grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. (in other words, someone who is anal about the language) 2One who displays their knowledge of English in a boastful or snobbish manner

Y'all:Plural form of "you." Looked down upon by many a person, this word has its strength in the fact that it's the only plural form of the word "you" in the English language (which is in sore need of one), and therefore should be embraced rather than shunned
