A Conversation for Birdwatching
A gentle approach

I am relatively new to birdwatching, it all happened after a trip to a local reserve. If the idea of kitting your-self out with copious equipment is too daunting may I suggest that a good way to start is to begin with looking out of the back window. I mean really look, an hour should give you an idea of how many birds are around. Then a basic book to identify them with. If all goes well then off you fly.
I'm still at the window.
